The practise of yoga is a magnificent fusion of physical, mental, and spiritual disciplines that aids in creating perfect harmony between the human soul and the physical, mental, and spiritual components of the body. Yogi Ram led the Himalayan Yog Ashram in Rishikesh in 2012 while maintaining this ideal balance-mix. Since then, its goal has been to build a community that is deeply inspired, sustainable, and spiritually enlightened. The largest obstacle to current yoga teacher training is the misconception that yoga is just a collection of physical activities that we can do to maintain and enhance our overall wellness.The Himalayan Yoga Ashram conducts a 200-hour yoga teacher training course in Rishikesh (RYT-200 in English) at various times throughout the year. It also offers the course once a year in Italian. Ashram stays, Ayurveda therapies in Rishikesh, and other retreat types, such as yoga and meditation retreats and yoga and Ayurvedic detoxification retreats, are additional services provided by the Himalayan Yoga Ashram. To make these programmes more convenient for everyone who wants to use them, they are offered all year long. On request, the Ashram also offers specialised programmes.
