ABOUT THE PRODUCTS
The majority of our plant-derived products are created in the more northward regions of Spain from Cataluñan and also Navarra in the East to León as well as Asturias in the West, areas which appreciate higher rainfall and less severe temperatures. Navarra is considered, deservedly, to be Spain's market garden, along with neighbouring La Rioja, extending the foothills of the Pyrenees as well as the productive valley of the River Ebro.

The majority of our pulses come from León, a standard pulse producing area. To the East of Navarra, Cataluña shares the geographical benefits of Navarra although, already, the Ebro is heading south towards the Mediterranean where its delta continues its gastronomic thrills with its rice manufacturing.
Naturally, some items, such as olives, flourish in the warm of the South.
