Ian The Chiro is an assessment-led chiropractic clinic in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur, focused on helping people with chronic, recurring or movement-related pain understand what may be contributing to their symptoms before deciding on treatment.
Every new patient starts with a detailed chiropractic consultation covering symptoms, health history, movement, work and daily habits, training, recovery and personal goals.
Depending on the findings, care may include chiropractic adjustments, dry needling, therapeutic exercise, rehabilitation advice, activity or load modification, or referral when another form of care is more appropriate.
Common concerns include back pain, slipped disc and sciatica-like symptoms, neck pain, headaches and migraine-like symptoms, pinched nerve and nerve-related pain, shoulder, elbow and wrist pain, hip, knee, ankle and heel pain, posture-related discomfort, muscle tightness and sports injuries.
The approach is practical and evidence-informed.
We assess first, treat only when it makes sense, explain the findings clearly, and give patients useful next steps rather than relying on unnecessary treatment.
The goal is to help patients move with greater confidence and manage their health more independently over time.
If you are looking for a chiropractor in Cheras or Kuala Lumpur and are unsure what treatment you need, start with a consultation.
