Office 365 Mailbox on the Move? Import & Export Made Easy!
While Office 365 offers robust email storage, you might need to import emails from another account or export them for backup. Thankfully, it's a built-in functionality!

Exporting Emails:

Open Outlook in the web or desktop app.
Navigate to "File" then "Open & Export" and choose "Import/Export."
Select "Export to a file" and choose the PST (Outlook Data File) format.
Pick the mailbox you want to export and include desired folders.
Choose a location and secure your data with an optional password.
Importing Emails:

The process is similar! Just choose "Import from another program or file" during the Import/Export wizard. Select the PST file containing your emails and choose the destination folder.

Remember: You can only export one mailbox at a time in Office 365. For larger migrations, consider third-party tools or contacting your IT admin for assistance.
