I’m Cressida, I have 26 years’ experience working in large financial services organisations at senior levels and I am an accredited and experienced coach. The one thing I have discovered is that self-confidence is the most important asset you can have. It is the belief that you have in yourself and the ability to project is that determines your success. The rest, quite honestly, is immaterial.
