Centric Labs didn't start as a typical AI startup. We began as an enterprise operations company in 2010, building managed delivery centers across the United States, the UAE, KSA, and Pakistan. For over a decade, we served Fortune 500 companies with process-driven, quality-controlled operational services — learning firsthand what enterprises demand from their partners.

When the AI revolution accelerated, our clients faced a new challenge: they needed high-quality training data at scale, delivered with the same rigor and security they expected from every other critical vendor. We recognized that the crowdsourcing model couldn't meet enterprise requirements for consistency, confidentiality, and accountability. So we built something different — a managed-team annotation model powered by 14 years of operational discipline.
