We are a private training facility that offers customized weight loss solutions to people of all experience levels in a small group or private training setting. All plans include: nutrition guidance, and coach led workout routines. Routines are designed to accommodate all chronic illnesses and medical conditions. Our community utilizes entry level boxing as cardio. The program operates on a 6-week format cycle, and no two workouts are the same. Modifications can be provided on-the-spot during sessions to ensure the safety and comfort of all participants. We have a heavy focus on community building and support. We find success in focusing on overcoming the habits and beliefs that cause weight-gain in the first place. Members find weight-loss solutions that not only are quick and effective, but also sustainable. We utilize the warrior path to instill discipline and life principles into our community, helping them connect with the Warrior From Within.
