I’m Teja Valentin, a Certified Trauma-Informed Passion & Pleasure Embodiment Coach. After facing thyroid cancer and women’s health challenges, my healing journey began with Reiki and Kundalini Yoga in 2014. Since then, I’ve completed 650+ hours of VITA Method training and earned certifications as a Women’s Empowerment Coach, Crystal/Yoni Egg Coach, RN, Reiki Master, Yoga Teacher, Energy Practitioner, and Ordained Minister. I support women and couples in safely exploring intimacy, healing shame and numbness, and empowering themselves—creating transformation not only in their relationships but in all areas of life.
