Our award wining chefs specialise in cooking with wood fired and smoke to create bespoke and unique dishes. It's all about personalisation to our clients and their events. Using the freshest, responsibly sourced ingredients from the British Isles & Italy we create unforgettable food. We source local produce where possible and will only use Grass Fed, Red Tractor/Farm Assured meats from our local butcher.

Our Land Rover Defender Pizza Ovens along with Betty our bespoke Mobile Kitchen have been built to our specification. These stunning food trucks not only amaze our clients and are a real talking point for their guests. Our food trucks & Wood Fired Ovens are incredibly versatile and our skilled chefs will cook almost every course using the wood fire for added flavour.
