Strategic Resourcing

Strategic Resourcing is an easy to use construction recruitment and resourcing platform that allows service providers to list task vacancies to our special network of the UK's top recruitment companies, handle each application and arrange meetings all in one convenient place. The system is accessed using Compliance Chain and takes away the demand to engage with recruiters, with our control panel functioning as your factor of call. Strategic Resourcing allows construction businesses to engage with a totally collective resourcing procedure, suggesting that the professionals hiring manager, HR, and recruitment group can all see the candidates uploaded to them. This digitalisation of resourcing not only accelerates the procedure for professionals, yet it makes it much easier for recruiters too. Better yet, Strategic Resourcing is designed to restrict agency applications for specific roles, meaning that only the industry's leading candidates make their means to you.
