Business Description

Rock Charcoal Grill is an independent halal restaurant at 10 Alum Rock Road in Saltley, Birmingham, serving the area from this address since 2018.

The charcoal grill is what we are built around. Our chicken is cooked slowly over live coals so the smoke works through the meat rather than just marking the surface, and the kobedah kebab is minced and seasoned in our own kitchen before being grilled to order. Those two dishes bring most of our regulars back.

The rest of the menu runs to curries, biryani, wraps, paninis, burgers, pizza and fish and chips, which suits families and groups where everyone wants something different.

All our meat is halal, supplied by Yusuf Halal Meat. We have seating for eating in and take orders for collection, with cash, card and contactless all accepted.
