My Energy Pro is a home energy company based on Park View in Whitley Bay. We install and look after boilers, heat pumps, air conditioning and solar for homeowners across Newcastle upon Tyne, North Tyneside and South Northumberland.
Boilers are the core of the business. We install, service, and repair gas boilers, power flush heating systems and replace radiators. New boilers start from £1,995 fitted for a Worcester Bosch Greenstar 1000 24kW combi with a 5-year guarantee, and our top-range models carry up to 12 years. Every new install comes with a power flush. A boiler service costs £78 including VAT, and a repair starts with a £90 diagnostic visit so you understand the cost before any further work is done.
For reduced running costs, we fit air source heat pumps (MCS certified, so eligible for the Boiler Upgrade Scheme grant of up to £7,500), Bosch Climate air conditioning, and solar panels with battery storage.
All gas work is done under our Gas Safe registration. We're a Worcester Bosch accredited installer and hold F-Gas, MCS and NICEIC accreditations. Our engineers are on our team, not subcontractors. Boiler work can be booked online 24/7, and heat pumps, air conditioning and solar begin with a free home survey and written quote.
