I’m Lorna and I am a trained coach, working with people in 1:1 coaching sessions, providing a safe and confidential space in which to explore their goals, both personally and professionally.With great empathy and through insightful questioning I help people gain clarity and focus, to see clearly the direction that they want to head in and to define the success that they want to achieve. Gently challenging, my coaching process is solutions focused and empowers people to feel inspired, moving forward with positivity and energy.
