Unlearning the attitudes, behaviours and practices which, in the words of Robert Nesta Marley, ‘hold one race superior and another inferior’, is uniquely different for every individual, every team, and every organisation. So developing authentic, relevant, responsive and sustainable racially equitable, anti-racist practices takes time.
