Flourish Education, are a family run education recruitment agency based in Longbridge Town Centre (site of the former MG Rover plant), we're within easy reach of local and national road links and public transport connections - Longbridge railway station is just down the road.
Flourish have been building strong relationships with education establishments since 2010, supplying teachers and non-teaching education staff into schools, colleges, children's centres and nurseries across the West Midlands in Birmingham, Coventry, Staffordshire, Warwickshire, Worcestershire and Telford and Wrekin.

Flourish have been working with top schools across the Midlands for more than 7 years. It all started back in 2010 when Flourish Education sprouted and the company directors, Grant and Louise, began operating from their home study. Grant and Louise wanted to start a company unlike the companies they had previously worked for - which were big organisations where the personal touch could sometimes get lost. They knew they couldn't necessary reinvent the wheel but they could do some things better, without having the shackles of a corporate company, stifle them.
From the very beginning, the idea was to raise an education recruitment agency with a difference, whilst having safeguarding at the forefront of everything. Grant and Louise also wanted to concentrate on the service they could provide, rather than focus on the bottom line. Positive news soon spread and the startup company grew quickly. Operations moved from an initial work space in a spare room, to a commercial office on the busy Hagley Road West and then to a much larger office located on the Wolverhampton Road. Continued growth and success has meant transplanting ourselves once again. Our flourishing team is now bigger than ever with more education recruitment consultants, a larger compliance team and multiple accreditations. You're now more than welcome to visit us at our recruitment agency headquarters at Seven House, within the new Longbridge Town Centre.
