Family Mediation Leeds provides family mediation across Leeds, from Headingley and Chapel Allerton to Roundhay, Horsforth and the wider West Yorkshire area, at Yorkshire House on Greek Street. We help separating and divorcing couples resolve issues about their children and their finances without the cost and delay of court. Mediation opens with a MIAM, an individual meeting that sets out your options and is usually needed before you can apply to the family court. Mediators accredited by the Family Mediation Council then guide you through child arrangements mediation, financial and property mediation, or all-issues mediation that settles children and money together. Appointments are available in person in central Leeds, online across Yorkshire, and by shuttle when separate rooms are the safer choice. Anything you agree can be recorded in a parenting plan or made legally binding with a consent order.
