Recently, noted Canadian family law attorney Brian Ludmer sat down for a far-reaching and in-depth interview encompassing both his professional experience and his personal life, explaining how they have influenced each other over the course of his more than three-decade-long legal career.
The interview, which was recorded on location at the 7th International Conference of the Parental Alienation Study Group (PASG) in Toronto, Ontario in September of 2025, touches on subjects as diverse as the psychological dynamics of parental alienation, the systemic challenges facing courts and child-protection institutions, and the painful personal experiences that ultimately shaped Ludmer’s decision to focus his legal career on these issues.
