Balanced Minds is a leading private mental health service based in the UK. Founded in 2012 by three NHS clinical psychologists, our mission is to provide compassion-focused mental wellbeing support. What began as a small team of colleagues is now a group of 28 highly trained therapists. We specialise in Compassion Focused Therapy and related research, making us the largest provider of CFT worldwide. Our multi-disciplinary team of clinical psychologists, counselling psychologists and psychotherapists are experts in CFT along with modalities like CBT, mindfulness, family therapy and more.
