Hi, I’m Amy…a down-to-earth, northern, Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. As well as being a Mum to two wonderful little girls, I am also a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist, a Mindfulness Teacher, an NLP Practitioner, and a Life Coach. Despite being trained in a variety of psychological modalities, my real passion is using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to support women to overcome low self-esteem. I’m not in the business of ‘sticking plasters over problems’ only to see them resurface a few months down the line. My philosophy for success is simple- I combine core psychological principles with a deep level of care and commitment to ensure lasting change.
